John Englehart
Human Resources Manager
John Englehart Jr. serves as Human Resources Manager and brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to the role. He oversees key HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development. John holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and a master’s degree in Distance Education from the University of Maryland. He is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a graduate of Leadership Maryland’s 2024 class.
