John Flynn
Director of Business Development
John Flynn serves General Refrigeration as its Business Development Director with 28 years of experience in the industrial refrigeration industry and more than 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience. For the majority of his career, he focused on refrigeration equipment and technical sales while working for Frick Company, Frigid Coil/Imeco and Vilter. His approach to the industry has always been to provide technical and system expertise while focusing on excellent customer service and developing lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor. John is actively supportive of the industry through his volunteer service as IIAR’s Education Committee Chair and his service on the Board of Directors of both IIAR and the NRF Foundation.
