Melissa Cassell serves as Finance Director at General Refrigeration Company, where she has been a key member of the team for over eight years. In this role, she oversees the company’s financial strategy and operational performance, with leadership responsibility for accounting and finance, human resources, marketing, and information technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Old Dominion University. She is an active leader in the industrial refrigeration industry, serving on the RETA National Board of Directors and Executive Committee, as well as the IIAR Marketing Committee.
